1. Service description
AI Image Creators is currently in Public Beta. The platform provides registered users with generative AI visual tools that are clearly marked on the current site as “Public Beta / Available.” Capabilities marked as internal testing, maintenance or not yet public do not constitute a commitment of availability.
2. Accounts and credits
- Accounts: Google sign-in is currently used. You are responsible for protecting your Google credentials and your session credentials for this site.
- Credits: when you submit a generation task that uses credits, the interface displays the expected credit cost. Final deductions, refunds and exceptional recovery are determined by the server-side task records.
- Redemption codes: test or promotional codes may be subject to eligibility, expiration dates, per-account usage limits and total inventory limits. Successfully redeemed test credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Commercial plans: until the formal purchase flow is launched, the US-dollar packages shown on the pricing page are previews of planned production offerings and are not products currently available for purchase.
3. Input materials and generated results
- Input materials: you must ensure that you have the necessary rights or permissions for uploaded images, trademarks, likenesses and other materials.
- Generated results: to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the relevant third-party models, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes. You remain responsible for determining whether a result infringes third-party rights or meets the requirements of a particular platform.
- Temporary storage: generated results are assigned a default 15-day cloud validity period. Download anything you need to keep long term before it expires.
4. Service availability
Public Beta depends on third-party models, databases, object storage and network services. Model capabilities, pricing, speed and availability may change, and generated results are inherently variable. The platform does not describe Beta service as a production-grade SLA and does not guarantee that every generation will satisfy a particular commercial purpose.
