1. Information we collect
When you register for and use AI Image Creators, the system processes information necessary to support accounts, generation workflows and security controls:
- Account information: email address, user ID and authentication session information obtained through Google / Supabase Auth.
- Creative inputs: prompts, generation parameters, and original images, reference images or masks that you choose to upload.
- Credit records: account credit ledger entries and voucher or redemption-code usage records.
- Basic security logs: necessary request information such as IP address and User-Agent used for rate limiting, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
2. Data storage and retention
- Generated results: generated assets written to object storage are assigned a 15-day expiration period. Expired assets are removed by the cleanup mechanism according to that validity period. Download any image you need to keep long term before it expires.
- Original images and reference materials: these are processed only to the extent needed to complete tasks you initiate, restore creative drafts or troubleshoot related issues. We do not promise permanent storage.
- Account and task records: necessary structured records are retained for account balances, task status, security auditing and service support.
3. AI models and third-party processing
AI Image Creators does not use your input materials to train models owned by this site. Completing a generation task does, however, require sending the necessary prompt, image or task parameters to the selected model provider or aggregation service. How those third parties process data is governed by their terms, privacy policies and the API configuration we actually use, so we do not make absolute claims such as “all third parties use zero data for training” when we cannot independently verify them.
4. Main technical services
- Model services / aggregation APIs: used to execute AI inference tasks that you actively submit.
- Cloudflare R2: stores generated images and assets needed by tasks and makes them available through controlled links.
- Supabase: provides authentication, database services and account/task-related records.
Data in transit uses standard encryption capabilities provided by the platforms, such as HTTPS/TLS. Unless the code and deployment configuration can clearly substantiate it, we do not use specific algorithm names as marketing promises.
