AI Image Creators is intended to provide professional, compliant generative-AI visual tools. Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations, third-party rights, and the content rules of the platforms they use.
2. Strictly prohibited conduct
You may not use prompts, uploaded images, brush-based editing or any other method to generate or distribute the following content:
- Sexual exploitation and harmful content involving minors: any sexual content involving minors, as well as other unlawful pornographic or exploitative content.
- Violence, hate and terrorism: content that incites violence or extreme hatred, or supports unlawful terrorist organizations.
- Deception, deepfakes and infringement: unauthorized impersonation of real people, fraud, defamation, or infringement of rights such as likeness, trademark or copyright.
- System abuse and security attacks: API flooding, unauthorized access, malicious automation, injection, SSRF or attempts to bypass security controls.
3. AI-content disclosure
When displaying AI-generated content publicly or delivering it to third parties, make any AI-content labels or disclosures required by applicable law, platform policy and the actual use case.
4. Enforcement and reporting
